Chilling LA Times Series on Mexico's Drug War

Since last June, a special team of Los Angeles Times' reporters have been consistently covering the bloody drug war that so far has killed more than 7,000 people since it started in January, 2007. But it has been just recently that the special website they LAT put together to feature their special coverage caught my eye.
It's really impressive and it gives a clear idea of what the current surge of violence in Mexico is all about. Also, some of the more recent stories published in the series depict how the violence is now spilling over on this side of the border.
